Hey. Which is better and why? Does either have more features than another. I know both the chips are stable with a fix to prevent burnout so basically I'm gonna go for a chip with a manager with more features.

Infinity Manager is not as advance as Boot Manager. Both Teams use a different type of configuration. Infinity Team put their menu and configurations inside their chip, Crystal Team put theirs inside the memory card. I suggest you look at their features rather than their boot manager as a decision maker.
I personal prefer the Matrix Infinity due to the great support offered by the creators and the ease of installation compared to many other modchips. You can't go wrong with this modchip.

The Infinitys configuration GUI is with in the chip, however the MI's Manger is also on the memory card just like the CC. The CC's settings GUI and BM is one app and is 100% on the memory card. Hopefully the CC2.0 will allow the BM to be installed to the chip its self! This would make it a very powerful chip!
However like I stated in your other post (which is the same topic as this one) when you replace the Mi's manger with ULE you have a very powerful combo. You will have to look over allthe features yourself, both chips are top contenders.

What I don't understand is.. if I have BM or IM to manage, execute... all my elf apps, why do I need ulaunchelf???
The IM is not a very versatile app. When you replace it with ULE you have THE BEST manger available. BM is VERY versatile but ULE is still a little better, however you must still use BM cuz thats where all the CC's settings are configured as well, unlike the MI that has its settings separate from its manger and stored on the chip its self.
