boot manager and infinity manager

i see ppl saying a lot about the cc boot manager. can anyone explain the differences between this and infinity manager? i know bm is for cc, and im is for mi. just want to know why bm is better than im in functionality.

bm is more flexible. infinity manager is just a program that launches apps on your mc.
