Boot Disk ?? Please Help

If someone knows how to create boot disk for NTSC J PS2 pleaese help me because my PS 2 has a modchip neo nad I lost the bootdisk which I used before ((

Please help me IF you can

If you have a neo chip then you don't need the PS2 Utility Disc, but you do need a Action Replay 2 for the Jap system.

In realitty I don,t know its neo or not but it's on pic 12f and it was working before with a bootdisk which is not a AR 2
If it can work where can I find AR 2 for ntsc J?

Is that chip the swapping one? Where you have to wait for the CD to automatically pop out when the CD is still spinning inthe tray? If so I don't think that will work with the AR2, sorry for the wrong info, I thought you have the neo. In that case you DO NEED the Utility disc.
