Best store for buying combo pack?
Best store for buying combo pack? –

Hey guys! First post... anyways, here goes.
I'm trying to buy a PS2 and have been waiting a while for the updated v9 SCPH-50001 but am just going to give up on that for now and go for the new combo pack w/ATV Offroad Fury 2 free that was announced the other day.
Which leads me to my question: what is the best place to buy a PS2, that is, in terms of its return policy. Say I buy a PS2 and one week later the enhanced console is released (or given a date), which store am I most likely to be able to return the system to and for the longest time?
I would just rent, but the cheapest price is $14.99/week at Blockbuster. Ugh! I've been dying to play my new FFX game I just bought ($19.99 YAY!)
Yes, I have been trying to poke around stores and on the internet but I know that most of you guys have had first hand experience with this so I really wanted your feedback.
Thanks a lot. Be cool. Peace out. Etc.

wal-mart my friend, wal-mart will take anything back (believe me, i know), i dont see why you want the new upgraded model so badly, i mean, sure the only use of the IR to eject/close is if we get RSOD, cuz you still got to take the disc out lol. dont expect it to come here anytime soon either
Solderless Mods and Flip tops are like tampons, every pussy needs one!
