About LinkBacksyo , i just got this in the mail after seeing it on some info commecial thing.
man this sthing rocks.... no more wires at all.. $20!!!!!!!!!! its corldless and runs on cold heat... uses 4 AA batteries ... and i dont gotta worry bout being burned or anything like that... the portability is amazing and it even came with this look wire cliper which strips wires with ease! ... heres the site , www.coldheattools.com ... i figure this would be kool for all the modders , let me know what u think!

NEW , v4 mobo , 400-C laser , Matrix infinity chip ,
modded with 2 windows and painted white.
ps2 , V4 , unmodded. (SOLD
)
ps2 v7 with Messiah 2 chip...(Died )
currently using , infinity manager ,hdd utility tools so i can save games to HD via the brower ,HDloader ,
ps2menu-k w/ 160GB HD, and networked to PC for game transfers , and media player. damn i love my set up , thanks for the install THINKDIFF <done bussiness with him twice so far and the Mod installs are perfect. (highly recommend if your in NY)
Projects:
1.modded memory card with big ass blue LED: done
(check forum for pics)
2.just finished the door bell mod , can reset my ps2 from 100ft away (wireless)... just makes me happy!
looking to start another project, holla at me if u got any ideas..

There was a thread about this thing. Search the modder's section. My opinion: Stay 10000ft away from this thing. It sucks. The tip breaks easily. I had one, sold it on ebay after a day of use. The $10 Radioshack iron I use is better than this thing...

T07N Guest09-20-2004,04:46 AMYou're mistaken. Lifetime warranty is for the iron itself. It if functions properly (internal works) then they don't care. What you're saying is I can throw my PS2 from a 10 story building and call Sony up and say "It still have its warranty." Bottom line, the warranty does not cover physical damage.
