Best modchip for European PS2s

What is currectly the best modchip for European PS2 machines? My dealer is stocking:

- DMS3
- Magic v3.1 Chip
- Magic v3.5 Clip
- Messiah 2 PRO Original

I really need some recommendations because I don't know much about PS2 modchips and I want to buy quality modchip.

I tried to check http://www.dms3.com/ , but it didn't have any info about DMS3 features.

At the moment I feel like maybe I should go with Messiah 2 Pro.

Are there any advantages in DMS3 besides it's flash upgradeable?

Magics <- if you are low on cash.
Messiah <- if you want consistent booting and you don't mind the price.
DMS <- if you care about movie/video playback and money means nothing to you.
