try it, there PS2 install looks pretty damn nice.
just to let you know, 98% of these business are good at what they do, in my area, I am starting out as an installer for v5-v7 PS2s and all version XBOXs and people think im great and fast at what I do. So yeah try it out

I beg to differ. I had sent my PS2 in to get modded and it came back with 10 days. Now my cousin ordered a premod from them back in December. She has left countless emails requesting status. Even when her account states it has been shipped she has not received any tracking number. Emails continue to go unanswered. They also seem to remove any negative threads on their forums even though they have a section devoted to customer feedback. Appears they only want to show the positive feedbacks and not negatives.
I will never use them nor will I ever recommend them.
I have, in my basement right now, a console that came from Xteam... the customer has had nothing but issues with the unit. Xteam didn't want anything to do with the customer anymore. I don't know anyone there personally, so I'm not throwing stones, but from this one example, I get the impression their "after sales service" is suspect.

Shortage or not they do not respond to any emails what so ever. My status says shipped yet they have not sent any information regarding that. Very poor customer service if you ask me.
