anyone a schematic for a neo-fix 12 modchip

Hi today i did receive a pstwo from a customer
the customer bought a neo-fix 12 modchip somewhere and asked me to install it in his pstwo,

but i searched the hole net and can't find any info or a schematic

This not the neo-fix pcb with the Eeprom but a real modchip

anyone seen this before ??
and better anyone has a schematic ?

drop mikearama, i remember him putting a link for diagrams abit ago.
