Anyone with a Magic 3.1 a quick question

On the chip itself, dies anyone know if there is supposed to be a bridge between the legs on the chip? I installed 2 chips recently. The first install went fine and the second had problems. I noticed on the second install the bridge between two of the legs on the Magic chip. I don't remember seeing this on the first chip I installed. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

It's okay, there is a bridge on pins 3 and 4 on the magic 3.1 . The Ubicom datasheets for the SX28AC (SSOP) point out the two pins are infact the same, so the bridge you're observing is not going to damage the chip.
