Anyone knows where I can still buy ps2 modchips?

Does anyone know where I can still purchase PS2 modchips? I'm mostly interested in a Crystal-Chip or a Matrix Infinity. Any other modchip that you may recommend? Do these chips support the latest ps2s, if they don't which was the last ps2 they supported? Thanks for your time.
