it is possible to burn in safty fuses when programing a microcontroller or simular.
but not when it has been already programed.
why do you want to do that?
the eeprom can be protected by grounding pin 3, but unforntunately to support this feature a bit in the eeprom must also be set
So the short answer is: No it cannot be done
The long answer is: It cannot be done easily, but with an eeprom programmer (that supports the chip on the nh9), it might be possible.
