Any one have v12 GH-032-11 board ps2? HELP!!!

I just got one, and put in a matrix infinity se 1.38 chip in, with laser fix. it play all ps2 and ps1 backups but just wont boot any dvdr or DVDrw.

I resolder the chip and change the laser fix................ then it wont boot any backups.., only original games!!!! but I can boot the matrix 1.38 menu?!!

I resolder it again.............................the laser burned....... no games can be played...........

Now, I've get a new one replaced, but I am afraid i can't solder any chips in unless I know what wrong with that ps2. I have read some about this ps2 have different laser head..........
Did anyone can help me ?..........

Does the ps2 work without the chip?

if its a PAL console.. connect Point H to the via from the USA diagram..

Am i have to connect H?
When I put the chip in, it strange. When there is no disc in the drive, it will auto turn off after 2-3 second when I turn on it.

well since u're using a cloned chip. But do your origs boot after replacing the laser?

btw u need to add summone's fix to help your pstwo laser not to burn the one u have doesn't work well

I just send the ps2 back & get a new one. :P IF i put in summone's fix, am i still need the pic chip? did summone's fix can enable me to play dvdr?

i would do summ0ne's fix and use the pic from ur old fix
