Another Issue with MarsII and V5

Ok after the last installation, i took another V5 PS2, i soldered all the points as before.
the PS2 works but wont read any backups, i tried dvd-r only ,
any idea how this is caused, or do i have to remove the chip and try again

Check ALL the wiring again sounds like installation error. Or try a CDR. Do DVD PS2 original games work? Do you have known working backups?

solved the problem by replacing the 3.3v and ground wire with a copper one. weird though that kind of wire makes such a diffrence. i think the issue with the other PS2 which sometimes doesnt have image. is the same.

I modded a V7 also with MarsII, and it worked the first time,

damn V7 was a lot easier than V4 and V5
