    Their are pads on the back of the mobo. Are they alligned exactly the saem as the legs on the top of the mobo?

    If they aren't is their anysite where I can get a diagram of somesort showing me where to solder the alts to?

    check out impactmods.com and look at the diagrams for the mini50k chip. I think there are drawings, it uses the alt bios points on the back of the board.
