alternative +5v point v4 ps2 ???

Hey guys, does anyone know a good alternative 5v power point on a v4 nogap ps2? i want to put the chip on the right side of the board and i want to make the 5v point wire as short aspossible. Can i use any one of the voltage regulators? i didnt measure the voltage on them.

Use the NEO 4 Alt 5 volt point right on the fuse
