alternate clock for v9 dms3 v9

I need a clock point for a vp GH-023 or an alternate point, my system boots ps1 fine but will not boot any ps2 backups, it boots ps2 originals fine. I also have O, X, D, E, laid flat along the board away from components, short, and away from other wires, I also tried another chip, and this is a console right out of the box. hmmm

Most likey not the clk wire but one of the other wires not on properly.

If you get video, the clk is proper. If it's not booting any media, check the DVD or BIOS points.

check dvd points since ps1 backups work
