altenative Y point for gh-051-51 any one ?

has any one got a better Y point ?

There are no alternative. You must solder that wire directly to the source.

I have not found a diagram that includes the Y point for either of the new v15 boards. Could someone please post a picture or link. And has anybody confirmed the Duo 3 as working on these boards? TIA.

Team Omega has install diagrams on their site for V15's so yes Duo3's work with V15. Matrix Infinity also has diagrams up. So if you couldn't find any you are an idiot and I can't believe you claim you are an installer.
As for alternate Y point, try the Y point in the Duo3 diagram as it is easier than the MI diagrams and should work.

Wait are you sure about that, I don't think the Y connections do the same hing for these chips because on all the versions they are different

Y connection for Duo 3 and Matrix Infinity are different. You cannot use the Duo 3 y point for the Infinity. Again you gotta use the Infinity point, I do not know of any alternative.
