All Zone DVD, Messiah / DMS3 ?

Is both DMS3 and Messiah 2 Pro 1.3 DVD all-zone chip? or do they just disable the macrovision?

DMS3 is the all-zone DVD movie chip. Both DMS3 and Messiah 2 are all-zone hgames chips. DMS3 disables Macrovision (if you need it).

NTSC PS2s are unable to play PAL DVDs for frame buffer reasons so your all-zone capability is restricted to NTSC zones; this is not a restriction on PAL PS2s.

Doesn't the Messiah 2 Pro do the switching vice versa?
