Ahhh!!! No Power Going To Ps2!!! Help!

well, i don't know what's happened, but i get no light on reset/eject... the cable connecting it to the mobo = fine...
could it be my power supply unit?
upon connecting the power connector to the ps2, i get electric sparks flying in that area for a split second, same happens when i hook the power plug unit to the power supply unit connector bit... no light on reset or eject buttons ever!
what's happening to my ps2? i haven't touched it in the past 2 days but just suddenly now this has happened!
AHH!!

If you don't like the DMS3, why did you went to the DMS3 forums and ask to be able to use part of the Dev. program? Just because they said no, you don't like them now?

i suppose we should cut him some slack because he is just a wee kid. This is the same lamer who said he was going to make his own explorer app but doesnt even have the basic knowledge of whats wrong with his ps2.

u want to check fuse ps1. well he did make an explorere cd although it dind't boot apps from memorycard it was a good start nice gui reconised memory card

loy: fuse ps1? show me a pic where i should be looking and what exactly i should look at, and how! how could it have happened though?
Liquid: they said NO!? blah.. sjeep told me i could try his app to see if i could get it to work that way, but i'm not openly distributing it... unless he says yes to that considering i get it working, and i have not much against the dms team, i'm just some guy that will never leave the side of the messiah team, and to think i was going to get a dms3...

Well something's blown for sure. if you get sparks, it may well be BEFORE any fuses that the problem lies although a fuse may well have blown in sympathy.

On 15000 there is no PS1. Fuse locations are attached int he picture.

I'd say you need to swap the PSU out. Somthing's gone in there. But test each fuse for continuity to ensure that noting downstream has blown.

this psu i have in now is a replacement auto voltage one, think that may be the case?
i have a spare 100~120v one here which i'll try out once i get a power convertor.

But check the fuses.
