    Hello,
I just did the romeo mod on a V10, cutting the track in the other side of the board where the chip is. My multimeter marks no continuity, but if I measure resistance, it marks 66 KOhms... (between new 5V point and old 12 volt points).
If I remove the wire, it still marks 66KOhms between USB 5V point and 12V points....

    Is this normal??

Yes! This is normal i guess.
When i cut the track for subzero fix or comsoft fix i get CONTINUITY before i cut it, but after i just get some small resistance.

measure any point on your motherboard and u will get some values i guess.
Hello. This is my signature. Nice? yeah? Thanks!

Oh, that should be great. I thought that getting some resistance meant that there could be continuity... and that would be bad! I don't want to kill my ps2

But, if there's finite resistance between 12V point and 5V point, that means that some current flows between them. No conection would be infinite resistance..
