Anyone know if this chip can really do what it says and if these dealers are reputable?

If I could afford them I would man.

I have only like $15 to my name. Period.

Plus I am really weary about sending my PS2 to an installer lest I can find someone that is in Pittsburgh that will install a chip for me.

for 15$ , you can get a magic3.1 ...
now you'll need to find someone able to install this for you..

The NEO3 was a DODO and the site hasn't been updated since 2001.

The NeoKey cannot play imports nor DVD-R.
