50k Console works for 6months but now RSOD

My friend have a 50000 Jp Ps2 works for 6 months and now he cannot play any BACKUP games and PSX original CD (FF7) are RSOD since last week. only PS2 original DVD/CD games can be booted. Also it cannot go dev and configuration mode (L1+L2+R1+R2) ,seems like that the PS2 cant detected there has a chip inside, so i disassembled his PS2 and check all soldering points are ok,so whats wrong with his ps2

Chip may have died, redo the power/ground, redo CD/DVD Wiring and redo the BIOS points.
