303 resistors...where from in UK???

Hi,

Just wondering if someone could post i link where i can get these resistors from.

They are needed for the tracking and focus on a V12 pstwo.

or could i use these???

i get mixed up with what the R and K actually mean... yes i know i'am a bit thick...

i would prefer to use the surface mount ones if i can find a place to purchase them from. and also if i was to use one of the resistors from one of the links then how would i attached the SummOne fix to them???
