    hmm i just made the mod to R machine accept KHS-400C laser, laser works perfectly but machine wont let me change time settings and it wont save ie. tv mode settings and so on... machine is modded with crystal chip which has latest firmware. btw cant change those settings even from crystal chip boot manager... anyone know whats wrong... battery change didnt help.

    This is not the good way to do it.
    People usually have the same problem as you.

    Doing it that way, you can't change the time settings anymore. Rather use this fix (attached). USe 560 ohm resistors for both.
