2nd joyport dont work

I have a problem and i cant find a solution.
Is v12 slim 70004 unmoded.
The second joyport dont work.
Fuses is OK.

Any solution plz ??????

Do you check for output voltaje on port?

Do you have any diagram for the voltage points ( for second joypad .)
