This wouldn't work because if you learn about electronics, you'll be making the resistances in the circuit all change. So you could possibly damage the ps2 systems doing this.
Better idea would be to make some sort of clip to hold the chip and just plug the chip into whichever system you want to turn on. But since the PCB isn't actually a standard electronic component, you'd have to engineer your own clip.
