    hey guys i need a diagram for a gh-051-32 because i just bought a new ps2 today and sony has changed a few things on the board,
    because my friend has the same board with a cc 2.0 and he said he hooked up everything right but when u put the bootdisk it ask for a ps2 game
    i know when u dont have everything correct on ur cc becasue ur green light stays on all the time his does not if u press it twice u can see that it is working but wont install cc software

    so can u guys plz help thanks

    The status LED can really only check the BIOS points, so if the LED flashed on and off but you still cant boot the upgrade disc you must assume that its either your CDVD points.

    It looks to me like a 15a board. Check out the diagram for GH-051-02. You might also take a multimeter and make sure there aren't any shorts between any of the wires.

    i did that when i install the boot disk nothing but please insert a ps2 disk

    If it is not working I would check all your connections, wiring, etc. From the pictures you posted you definitely want to use the GH-051-02 install doc. The solder points are very small and it's quite easy to bridge pads or break traces (especially if your not careful removing the protective lacquer). I'm assuming you are using another ground point as your not using the one from the doc? If not that would definitely cause issues. It also looks like you may be missing a wire in the DVD DSP grouping (A,B,F-I). I can only make out 5 and there should be 6. Work slowly and re-check everything, the solution is there.
