V13 Crystal c1.0 problem

Hi

Installed a c1.0 into a v13 PS2, upgraded firmware all worked like a treat.

I then installed Boot Manager and when I rebooted I got a black screen.

After removing the mod I still get a black screen

Checked the fuses which seemed ok.

Any ideas ?

it looks like it has nothing to do with the firmware upgrade .
check your soldering . see if all the bios points M-Q are clear and check if points F-H are not grounded .

Hi

Install was perfect. I have removed the chip and cleaned all points, there are no shorts. Machine was working perfectly untill I installed boot manager.
