v12 with crystal chip not booting hdl elf

I have a v12 with HDconnect. If I try to load HDloader 0.7c as an elf on the memory card with Boot Manager menu, when I choose a game from HDL menu the ps2 hangs. It only runs from HDL cd-rom (when BM does not run: no memory card!). Maybe I installed HDL wrong. I had to do it manually, transferred via network using EXECFTPS installed from BM megapack. What is the correct way to install an elf using FTP? How must the script be made? I'm using BM 1.6. Thank you

I have the same problem when I boot from cd in enchanced mode. In minimal all works fine. I would say it automaticely goes enchanced from the memory card and in minimal without BM.
