Quick question about the Crystal Chip

I deciding to want the 2.0 Pro or the older 1.2 Lite for little less cash from Foundmy. Heres what i want to know: I know the difference between the two is mostly the fact that you dont have to have the BM on your MC with 2.0 Pro. Do you have to have the BM on your Chip/MC to play backups online? Thanks

If you want to use the Auto-DNAS-Patch, then you have to use BM.
But you can patch the games yourself if you want to.

Either way, I'd definitely recommend to use BM, cause it provides all special features, like video fixes, DVD region free, dual-layer patch, etc.

2.0 has onboard memory so you can put bootmanager on it. Go 2.0.

1.2 just installs BM on your MC go with it easier to transfer apps also.

So how do I get DVDs to play?

I just got Hokuto No Ken from P-A, but the bonus DVD won't play.

When I put it in, it says that the DVD is not the correct region.

... but the game works, as does GGXX/.
