I have a CC 2.0 SLE, and a slim ps2. And I had it installed by a professional.

I have a problem, when I press reset 3 times and try to boot the firmware all I get is a black screen. I also tried to press reset 6 times to turn off the crystal chip and load an original games but I still get a black screen. Any help?

When you say "Booting", do you mean that you are booting firmware from a CD-R? If not, go HERE to get the firmware. Burn it to a CD-R. Hit reset 3 times and then put the CD in. The Upgrade screen should come up, and then you should be able to upgrade the firmware. If that doesn't help, someone should come along that will be able to provide more help.
