About LinkBacksAlright... Have been trying to find information everywhere and i'm getting desperate here... I need help with this :
How to upgrade fw and BM from 33 to 34 using the network...
I mean , I've seen post from yoc saying ..very easy, do this and that and voila... the thing is i'm missing some key info here...
1) What is PCHost Server used for in BM ?
2) Does this connects with radhost or ps2client on the pc side ?
I think I have this all mixed up and don't know what to use where....
Would it be possible to explain from the step where the upgrade files are done and ready to go ?
Thanks for helping some noobies.. ( I Can't possibly think that i'm the only one who doesn't get it !)

02-06-2007,12:19 AMThe pchost is necessary for the PS2 to have a program to talk to. Imagine it sort of like an FTP server only just for the PS2. If you turn PCHost on in bootmanager and dont also run listen.bat on the PC nothing will happen.

02-06-2007,02:03 PMThe PC host server allows your PS2 to get access to shared folders on your PC via network. You first start the PS2 PC host server (BM, ULE,SMS) and then the PC client (PS2Client). It's very usefull to install apps and to copy gamesaves with LaunchELF.
