New CC Firmware BUG!?!

Has anyone else noticed that the PAL conversion to NTSC doesn't work with the new firmware? I tried everything. Forced video and color to NTSC from PAL but no luck. Tried it on AUTO and no luck. Tried both the above settings in Enhanced mode and both just went to blue screen. Tried both in Minimal mode and the screen rotated vertially as if the PAL fix was not even applied. Tried many different hacked firmware from the thread here at ps2scene with all the above combos and still nothing.

THEN reverted back to hacked 1.4 firmware and bingo. The new firmware must be the problem. Anyone with similar experiences? If not can you test? And if you get a working one please post the link to the firmware you are using.

I know there are other places like ps2bins ect but it isn't clear if those ones are hacked or not. Anyway, this is the V1.4 I'm using and it works fine. But we still need to find the problem with the V1.5 so we can use the DNAS bypass without the patch.
