Ok, here are some simple rules to follow in order to get help as quickly as possible.
The most important thing is to include as much information as possible.
Important information is:
- CrystalChip hardware version(CC1.0, etc)
- BootManager version
- Console region, model(SCPH-XXXXX) and version(v12)
- Be specific about what happens. If you say "it doesn't work", this could mean so many things that you're wasting everyone's time asking you to describe the symptoms. For example, if you get a black screen on startup after upgrading the firmware say that. If you were to simply say "I get a black screen", this is not helpful.
