In this posting (New BM Website At PS2-Scene!) TheAgent refers to a hardware bug in CC1.0 which led to the development of CC1.1. Does anyone in this forum have more precise information about this bug? In which way does it affect the chip's functional efficiency?

im going to jump into that as soon as i can finish the site. I did get some news that the biggest bug can be tackled by a special patch. It will make it's way into BM soon.

I'm having alot of script problems. The biggest bug was the eject line issue. This is what caused the cheat devices to bug out. They did have a patch for it but it would make games unstable. I think the wrinkles are finally ironed out but i have to ask again so i can be sure.

I see. I've heard of those issues some users had in conjunction with cheat devices like Code Breaker or Action Replay. However, I never assumed that those problems were hardware-related. Though I personally don't use cheat devices, it's really good to hear that the Crystal Team, even after the release of CC1.1, is still working to solve those issues.

I think all the bugs mentioned are BM related. I have personally never had a problem with the CC except for the craked version of USBAdvance that would not start or hang at the game list screen regardlees if you boot form the CC or the BM.

Since BM is *the* major selling point of CC, I'd like to know what are the plans of fixing those bugs.

Alexo, you have to remember when BM1.6 was released they stated that it should be considired a BETA version. Rather use BM1.4 until the issues with 1.6 are resolved.

Hey, I'm not complaining.
Just waiting for an update.
Hopefully now that the new versions are out they will have more time to concentrate on the software.
