LED Stays On-1.2 Lite

I think I got a bad chip or something. I have had this chip in serveral different PS2's with the same results. I've tested all the pins and wires serveral times for bridges, nothing. The LED on the chip stays on all the time. According to the CC site, that means a bios wire problem but I can't find a problem with it for nothing. Anyone had a CC like this before?

Is it a slim ps2 or fat ?

Tried it on a v7 and a v10

Check the PONM connections this happened to me before.

Bad chip i think. I took out another chip and installed it using the same wires and the v9 and it worked fine, first boot so just be a crap chip. That's like 2 bad 1.2's that I've had. I think I like the old duo2's better. lol.

Thats odd I never had a bad CC 1.2 so far.. I went through 25 or so (just started stocking these)
