Installing games tops2 hd over network? is it possible?

hi, I have a v12 slim with cc2.0 chip and hdcombo. is it possible to install games to the hard drive over a network or do I have to keep taking the hd out and connect it to the pc? i can connect to ps2 using LaunchELF and ftping from my pc, but I don't see any of the games that I have installed. Any one know if it is possible?? thanks

It is possible to install games via network, with HDL Dump. I prefer the HDL_Dump_GUI by vtecorona, you should find it in the HDD forums. All you have to do is to start the hdl_dump_server.elf on the PS2, then you can transfer your games. However the speed is not so great, if you're lucky you get around 2MB/s, so you'll have to be patient.

P.S.: I hope you don't FTP your game saves, that can destroy them. ALWAYS use psuPaste and host to copy game saves to PC.
