Install FW without CD

hello everybody, I need some help with this.
I have a fat ps2, using HDLoader for my backups, my len does not work. Suddenly the CC flash memory erase itself and I need to flash it again, No BootManager, just PS2 browser. In the readme says:
"Notes on upgrading from host(naplink/ps2link/etc):
After running the "makeit.bat" file, you can simply run "BM2.ELF"(inside the "FILES\BM" directory) with naplink/ps2link
and follow the steps outlined above."
I think I can do the same with uLE insted naplink (does not have a network). I boot with Free-McBoot (memory is mine, ps2 don't), run HDLoader, and run a uLE CD version installed on the hard disk. In uLE I go to mass, access the usb (a kingston one), go to the indicated folder and run BM2.ELF, the blue screen appears but just show:
BM v2.1.6
No Menu

and I can't flash the chip that way, maybe a little thing is wrong, I can't use CDs/DVDs (because of len), and does not have a network.
Maybe someone can give me an idea how to solve this?
