How to Instal Open Loader to MC?

So I just a sweet PS2 v9 with a Crystal 1.0 chip. Problem I am having is installing Open Loader to the MC so it shows up in the boot manager. FreeMc Boot seems to lock up when I insert a card with itinstalled so that isn't an option. Could anyone please help?

You still could use the Auto- and Button-Launch-ELF-Feature of FMCB.

Just grab a flash drive that's FAT formatted and put your .ELF and APP.PBT inside a folder with the App name on it. Connect it to your PS2 and go to
Apps->Install->USB Device->Select application.

If you don't know how to make an APP.PBT, let me know and I can post a "Shell" for it.
