How do I check my memory card?

I recently purchased a modded PS2 with a Crystal Chip and the boot manager installed. Now I will admit I have no idea about any of this stuff. When I start the PS2 the boot manager comes up. I've checked around and I can't seem to find anything that lets me check the save files on my memory card. Can anyone help me out?

You can get to the standart $ony Browser, by starting the PS2Browser app in the Application Browser.

But the best filebrowser available is LaunchELF.
