Help Upgrading Crystal Chip in PS2 Ver 14

The CrystalChip Version that you see is the hardware version. There is no way to tell what firmware version is on the flash at this time.
It is correct that upgrading on a 1.2 will only take about 3 seconds. If you do not get an error message, it was correctly flashed.

This has been requested before, it may be that we integrate this in the future but it's a low priority.
I'm glad you resolved your problem and I hope you enjoy your CrystalChip.

I've just finished implementing the version information so future versions of BM and firmware will allow you to see the version of firmware your chip has. This will only work if your firmware is Release 35 or newer, however.

LOL, man CC... if this was a low priority and got taken care of the same day, I wonder how long a high priority fix would take.
Great job CC

well, it's something I'd been planning for a long time and I came up with an easy way to do it so I figured "why not?".
