help plz.. can't read games..

hi
i installed the crystal 1.0 chip two months ago..
i didn't play very intesivly with it..
and it has protection for the reading eye..
but now it fails to read even original dvd's..
after a few trials i managed to load the new boot manager 1.9 and update firmware.. still it's completely dead..
plz help me.. what can i do..
is the eye dead for sure?

eye? you mena laser it;s possible lol that's all I can say still a noob but the laser might be dead, HmmmmmmMaybe it's old or something lol
