Help needed on ps2 problem ?

Hi Expert

I have ahad my ps2 slimline for about a year now and I bought it with a
chip preinstalled.

Now suddenly it cannot play games and movies.
Why is that ? What can be done to make it play again?
It can only play music cds now.
I have a crystal chip v. 2

You have to install firmware and BootManager again.
