Help, CC 2 Pro modded PS2 doesn't work anymore.

I love those happy end stories

And I've seen a lot of those with Crystal Chips (starting with mine !)

One thing to remember :
first, check your wires
second, check your wires
third, check your wires
and then, you can start thinking of another problem.

After the second time putting back together my PS2 and was not working I was really thinking to myself, "Wow I can't believe I'm going to through away a Silver Slim PS2 if this doesn't work the third time."

So, my story continues...

Now i have realised this is the place to ask your questions.

Im pretty sure it was my fault last time i didnt get it to work (see earlier).
I tried to update the firmware on the chip with v32 burnt with alcohol 120%.
What i did NOT do was to put the chip in recovery mode, so it might have been working fine all the time then? :-).

I solved the gh-51-32 problem with getting a matrix infinity and just change the chip, keeping the solderings on the MB and changing the few wires that was different. So now that PS2 is up and running seems the soldering was ok, but i want cc2.0 on my PS2!

So now i have talked to a friend how has a v12 gh-32-31 ps2, im installing my chip in that. (se picture if i can attach it).
done!

Now when i try to load the fw34 (from cc homepage) i get not ps2 disk (IN recovery mode this time) When i put a original game in it runs in recovery mode no probs, but not in normal mode. I dont think i have a faulty chip. Do
you guys have any suggestion what to do next? I tried to put the cc software v34 on the memorycard in my MI v15 but it just say corrupted file or something after i copy it there with uLaunchElfv412.

I think if i could just get the software into the CC or memcard it would run fine.
It there anything else i can try before i take it apart and check the solderings,
also if that is the fact, should i assume that the DVD cordes are ok since the originals work ok?
