got some problems help plz

I just bought a new PSTwo with an already installed crystal chip 1.1
but theres some problems with it..
I installed the hacked firmware v19 and boot manager
But it cant boot anything besides original games and movies and the firmware cd

ive tried with a cd-r and a dvd+r
but it wont boot them.. whats wrong?? plz help
