it'd be sweet to have a shut down mode for boot manager so i dont have to get my ass up to my ps2 to shut it down.

    example:
    1. played for 6-8 hrs off hd loader, all night, then suddenly i got drowsy, tired.
    2. resetted ps2 by pressing the combination keys on ds2, the feature boot manager already has.
    3. selected "shut down ps2" somewhere in boot manager.
    4. zzzzzz.

yea ulaunchelf already has that feature but i rather use just bootmanager, to load hd loader.
it's sometimes a pain in the ass having to reset then load ulaunchelf from bootmanger, then wait for the "loading hdd modules" screen to complete, then select "ps2poweroff".
im sure some lazy ppl out there like me'd appreciate having this feature.

If you play any Final Fantasy game for 7 hours without saving, you were just asking for something like that to happen... :P

L1+L2+L3+R1+R2+R3 could work. But yeah, I'll second that feature request.

Yeah, I remember if there was ever a time I was fighting something really difficult and died, I would quickly hit that combination before I would get the depressing "GAME OVER" screen.

Unfortunately, my brain seemed to find this combination of buttons rather easy to remember, so I sometimes found myself getting frustrated mid fight and automatically hitting the reset button combo...

    DAMN USER BRAIN GLITCHES!
