im about to chip my ps2 with a cc (i think 1.1). in the documentation about the chip, it says it supports all dvd-format except dvd+r. when i burn dvd´s i allways burn on high quality dvd+r, like verbatim. my ps2 reads dvd+r movies without any problems at all. is dvd+r not compatible with CC? i reads something about dvd+r's damaging the ps2 laser, and that i therefore should go for dvd-r. :chinscrat
my ps2 is a version 4...(old machine but with the electric shock sign on the bottom).
your thoughts on all this please....
