What do you mean by Devolution mode 2?? that it can boot directly from HDD or what does it mean.?
And how do you activate "DEV2"?

Crystal chipv1.1 only supports DEV1 boot, i.e Booting directly from the memcard at startup... it does not support DEV2...although CC2.0 may support it, can't say...

Hmmm. that's what I meant. Even though I didn't specify if it's a 1.1 or 1.2 or future 2.0. They might have it in 2.0.
