DL Backups

How would I go about making them to work with my CC2.0SLE?
I'm hoping I won't have to use the ToXic DL Patch, but I can obtain it if need be. I haven't made a backup of any of my DL games before which is why I'm asking...more pertaining to the specific chip and asking if it autopatches DL games or not I guess.

If you use Toxic and BM you must inactivate the DL patcher in the BM Menu.
