Please post your feature requests here, so everyone can keep track of them.

Here are some feature requests I gathered from various people:

    - a menu scrollbar, which indicates when there are more menu options that are not visible on the screen

    - display of the FW version in the Sys Info screen

    - a full filebrowser like in uLE (not so important, since we can use uLE for that)

    - a screenshot feature like in myPS2, would be awesome to show new themes and customized menus to the people (I'd really love it )

    - Jpg support for themes, since they're more common than tga

    - ability to create the "Crystal" partition on HDD

@ TheAgent: Can you please make this sticky?

    best regards Jones23

Yes I would like to see the scroll feature as well. Also the jpg support for the themes would be very nice. If however this is not an option and we must stay with TGA format some documentation on how to create a working skin needs to be posted. I tried to create my own theme with Gimp a few times and I just cant get it.

Yes displaying the FW version in the system info menu would be a very nice feature as well.

A file browser would be nice but what I would also like to see would be the ability to boot ULE from the HDD.

Making this a sticky would be a good idea too.

I can't think of specific features that haven't already been mentioned.
My only wish is that releases keep coming at a good pace just like now. I don't really want to wait 6 months for an update without hearing news from the team.

JPG is useless. It is a lossy format and does not support transparencies. There are a million photo tools that have support for TGA.

ok, may be, but no single tool worked to create a tga file, that can be loaded with BM.

oh, and thanks for the sticky.

I realized the transparency would be an issue with BM and also that JPG doesnt support it. However JPG is still an option and so what if transparency isnt supported in JPG, just make your JPG have the background you desire.

This all aside I dont really care what format is used as long as I'm easily able to make a TGA theme that works with BM which until this point I have not been able to. I have used 3 of the possible "million" tools, Photo Shop, Gimp and some other that I cant recall right now. This is the closest I could get to a working theme using Gimp. Even just a little documentation would be nice.

I don't know when I'll be creating full documentation for the skins feature but i will be releasing lots of skins in the very near future.
if i have the time over the week end i will start on skins documentation on the wiki.

    I have a purple bm1 skin already.

A refresh button would be great for the installation of applications. What I mean is, let's say I have a USB drive in the PS2 and I try to install an app. Let's say I forgot it wasn't on the drive. I take the drive out, put the app on it, then the only way I've been able to refresh the list on the drive is to reboot the PS2.
